1) I have uploaded my documents in the UniPA enroment practice, and now it says “Waiting for validation”. What should I do?

If your application status is “Waiting for validation”, no further action is required at this stage.

The International Students Office will review your uploaded documents and, once the administrative check is completed, forward your application to the Course Coordinator for academic evaluation.

For Master’s degree programmes, the Course Coordinator may also require an online interview to assess your academic preparation.

Once your application has been approved, you will be able to download your Final Admission Letter and complete the procedure.

Please regularly check your application status on the UniPa Student Portal.

2) I have completed the practice in the UniPa portal. What now?

If you are a non-EU student requiring a study visa, you must also submit a pre-enrolment application through the Universitaly portal. You can start your Universitaly pre-enrolment while waiting for your Final Admission Letter.

Once the letter is available, download it from the UniPa Student Portal and upload it to your Universitaly application.

Make sure to complete the procedure within the official deadlines.

3) I have made a mistake and some of my data is wrong. What can I do?

If you have entered incorrect personal information or made a mistake in your application, please contact the International Students Office, clearly explaining the issue.

Make sure to include your full name, application details and a description of the information that needs to be corrected.

Please note that some information may not be editable once your application has been submitted. The office will advise you on how to proceed.
