Abstract

This paper focuses on the issue of the budget law approval procedure and its alterations, with dangerous implications for compliance with the principle of legal reservation, the use of law sources, and the Government-Parliament relationship. In addiction, it should be noted the frame of the difficult functioning of the Italian parliamentary form of government, in a strong political fragmentation and polarization context, which seems to be moving away from the correct dynamics of a parliamentary democracy
